How much does worker accommodation in Germany cost per night?
Depending on region and duration usually between €18 and €40 per person and night, more in metropolitan areas such as Munich or Frankfurt. For longer stays and larger teams we negotiate better rates. Your offer states a fixed price.
Is there an agency fee?
No. Companies pay no agency fee. You only pay the agreed price for the accommodation, on one invoice from us with German VAT shown.
How fast do we get an offer?
Within 15 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm) your contact person replies with concrete proposals. Requests in the evening or at weekends are answered first thing on the next working day.
Do you work with companies from Poland, Croatia, Czechia or Romania?
Yes, most of our clients are construction and assembly companies from other EU countries that post workers to Germany. You can request in your language, and we invoice with your VAT ID.
How are the apartments and rooms equipped?
Furnished rooms or apartments with kitchen, bed linen, Wi-Fi and parking for vans. Single or double occupancy as required, final cleaning included, weekly cleaning on request.
Can we extend or leave early?
Extensions are arranged on request as long as the property is free. If you leave early we only charge the nights used plus any cancellation fee agreed with the landlord. You receive a written confirmation.
