Worker accommodation in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis
The Rheingau-Taunus district surrounds Wiesbaden to the west and north between the Rhine and the Taunus ridge and has around 190,000 inhabitants. Its special feature is its division into two parts: the Rheingau from Eltville to Rüdesheim is one of Germany's best-known wine regions with tourism and seasonally scarce rooms, while Taunusstein, Idstein and Niedernhausen in the Untertaunus are commercial and commuter locations on the A3 and A66 available all year round. The A3 connects Wiesbaden with Limburg, and the B42 follows the Rhine bank.

Our tip for Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis
For Wiesbaden and the Kalle-Albert industrial park we recommend Taunusstein and Eltville, for the A3 Idstein and Niedernhausen, for Frankfurt Niedernhausen with its S-Bahn. Rooms in the Rheingau are scarce from May to October but very affordable in winter.
